Shipping prices and conditions
We assume courier service and cash on delivery inland.
Packs are sent out on the same day, if the order has been placed before 12.00. They are awaited to arrive on the next day. We cannot send out large and vulnerable contents, like doors, airbags etc. The details regarding to shipments can be inquired via phone, although a written order is obligatory!

In case of urgent orders, we can deliver the goods on the same day for extra fee.
We please you to examine the package on delivery with the courier, and in case of damage, apply a signed report with the courier and do not accept the delivery.
Cash on delivery and prepay.
Cash payment on delivery to the courier, or prepayment after previous agreement.
The regular weight, size and value goods (0-10 kg, under 165 euro) can be deliver for about 10 euro in case of cash on delivery.
In case of not regular and prepayed items the delivery fee has to be agreed before payment.
In case of used parts:
The items we send out are marked and 3 days are given to mount and test it via a specialist. In case of failure we are able to replace it until the stock runs out.
In case of used, but regenerated parts:
3-6 months of guarantee is applied (depends on the part type) for regenerated parts. The warranty is not valid in case of unordinary useage, mounting by a non professional, or inattention (i.e. using the gearbox with insufficient oil or without oil)!
In case of original new parts:
These parts have to be mounted by a specialist in a garage or service, and so 6 months of original guarantee is valid.
When we have to exchange and resend an item, we cannot assume any kind of service or resend fee. The fee of resending can only be refunded in case of our company’s mistake.
